Our charter flights generally launch from the Hanover County Airport area or near the town of Ashland depending on the prevailing winds.
Your flight will lasts about 45 minutes to an hour but plan on up to three hours for the entire event. There will be a formal briefing, some paperwork to sign, the return trip to our facility, and a post-flight celebration.
We always fly right at sunrise and about 90 minutes before sunset. That's when the conditions are most favorable for a safe and enjoyable flight.
Flight costs are listed below, all charter passengers will require a $100 deposit in order to reserve the flight. The deposit is refundable if you cancel the flight more than 7 days ahead of schedule. Flights can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the flight. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows, the deposit us not refundable.
